Lost and Found After Checkout

In principle, if you forget something at our hotel, we cannot send it to you. I will keep it for a month, so please come and pick up your lost items yourself. If there is no collection within one month, we will dispose of all lost items. Also, after consulting with our company and the customer, if it is necessary to return it as a valuable item, we will ask another company to do so. It will be shipped with the postage and shipping fee (10,000 yen excluding tax)
